When it's on, I have to crank up the tv volume in the bedroom from 15 all the way up to 50 to be able to hear normally.I can live with it.. After he did that we looked to see where the filter was and noticed it was a slide in one on the side. No matter what we did or how hard we yanked it would not slide out. It was jammed in.
