Design of the wavefront sensor unit of ARGOS, the LBT laser guide star system ARGOS is the laser guide star ground layer adaptive optics system of the LBT. ARGOS is designed to bring a moderate but uniform reduction of the PSF size over a FoV as large as 4x4arcmin, allowing a significative increase of the science throughput of LUCI, the LBT NIR imager and MOS. ARGOS relays on 3 Rayleigh beacons to sense the lower layers of the atmosphere achieving almostThe ground layer AO correction is allowed by the 2 adaptive secondaries of the LBT. This PhD thesis first discusses a study based on numerical simulations and aimed to evaluate the performance of ARGOS. has been carried out using CAOS and representing in the code most of the features that characterize the system itself: as the laser beacon propagation

Finally are evaluated the stability requirement for the mechanical design and the degrees of freedom needed for the alignment purposes.

All units have a private space of terrace in south orientations linked tothe stay area, constituting the interrelation of indoor-outdoor housing with public space. Access to the hallways is through the public porchwhich is constitutes one of the fronts of the square, and is supporting the private terraces of the first floor housing. Onground floorcommercial premises it gives the building a tiered private space on two levels, one for private usetothefirst floorhousing and another higherfor community use, that promotes the relationship of the building with the urban environment and landscape. The constructive design focuses on the use of passive systems to improve thermal and acoustic comfort of the building. Thus, an outer enclosure ceramic ventilated facade is defined composed of extruded plate ceramic paste model "Bersal 250" of16mm thickofFAVETON brand, sheet of perforated concrete brick with exterior insulation of mineral wool and inside cladding self-supporting partitions with continuous mineral wool insulation and plasterboard inside, avoiding any thermal bridge in the enclosure.

The flights of terraces south orientations designed act as passive protection against excessive sunlight in summer. The dual orientation of dwellings allows cross ventilation optimizing ventilation and natural lighting. The homes have aluminum carpentries with thermal bridge breakage and low emissivity glass in north orientations, with "microventilation” aerator system. Centralized biomass DHW system and heating, using are renewable fuel and neutral in CO2emissions, contributing to sustainable economic activity, the use of agricultural and forestry residues, fire prevention and rural development, as well as reducing the annual cost in relation to conventional sources of energy. Underfloor heating improves the thermal comfort and contributes to energy savings, with 3cm continuous layer of insulating material, that drastically reduce the transmission of impact noise, helping to improve the acoustic quality of the building. The reduction in demand for air conditioning through the use of bioclimatic design and passive systems, linked to improvements in generation systems involving significant reductions in CO2 emissions, make the building gets “A” ENERGY RATING.

This is a very small but beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Old Town (Kaleici). It has a great location and is a short walk from all amenities. If you are looking for a big all singing, all dancing hotels with an ice rink, a cinema and a waterpark, then this isn't for you. It has about 20... Adorable small hotel in the center of The old city of Kaleichi. At the time of our visit there were only few hotel guests. We arrived at night time and received our room immeadiatelly. Our room was "outside" and downstairs at the small hotel pool. The room was standard size room with a double bed and a bathroom. Great location in old town with nicely decorated, clean rooms. Pool was closed in March during my stay. They had just installed new air conditioning and heating units, so getting a comfortable temperature for sleeping was easy. Don't count on getting here by car. It's a tight squeeze to get in here, and there's very limited parking. The Hotel is situated in the center of the beautiful old town of Antalya.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Most of the rooms are quite small but very clean with nice new furniture. Beds have really good mattrasses. Bathroom is in your room and the showers are very hot. There is a big sweet and salty turkish... This hotel was booked as a part of a package deal through our travel agent in Istanbul. We were only staying Antalya for 1 day and 1 night, as a stop-over before going to Olympos. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. When we arrived, it was around 8:30 am. The man at the front desk told us we... Travellers are raving about these Antalya hotels Crowne Plaza Hotel Antalya The foyer and pool in this hotel are lovely but the room was disappointing. Not cleaned properly, dirty floors and previous guest's soap and shampoo left in the room. Wifi works only in the foyer too, not in your room. Staff weren't very welcoming. However the location is nice, down a small lane not accessible by car or bus.... Poor service i asked for an additional pillow cos i have a disc so i can replace it between my knees as i have been advised by the physician they said they dont have !!!

Just enough for the rooms ...i asked the lady at reception to help me to make an ok for my airplane she replied with anger... This is a very nice hotel, located right in the middle of old Antalya. However, because of that, noise from the street at night can be a problem and access for transport isn't easy either. The staff are friendly and helpful but there is no lift. The bathroom was nice and modern although the shower-head was coming off the wall.... We went to visit Turkey at the hottest time of year. I was put in room 003 near the pool. I didn't realise the aircon didn't work until the evening by which point it was too late to change room so I suffered in the extremely hot room for the first night. When I woke up the next day after... We went there as a couple and our own guide. Our guide took care of everything. Whilst there did appear to be some vigorous negotiating with the owners, we ended up with a beautiful, spacious newly renovated room with a lovely bathroom – 4 star.
