Concertgoers report a large crowd standing in a room with limited-to-no ventilation, filling the venue with a strong body odor. "The ceiling even started beading up with water due to no ventilation. The band cut their set short because of the conditions," Corey Plucker, who attended Saturday's concert said in an email to MassLive. "This isn't the first time I have been severely let down by Iron Horse Entertainment Group, so I guess I should have expected this."

He said in a follow-up interview that there was a fan running near the stage but that no doors or windows were open. Plucker attended the show with a group of friends, including his wife who is pregnant. "I kept going outside to cool down with her." In days following the event, three ticketholders have lodged formal complaints with Northampton's Health Department. In one complaint, an attendee reports seeing people cool down by drinking from bathroom sinks "despite the poor sanitation in the restrooms." Thomas Peake, wrote in the letter shared on social media, "I have spent a good deal of my summers in Kansas and I spent a lot of last summer working in a heavily insulated attic with no air conditioning, and I'm not sure I've ever spent much time in an environment hotter than that.
