Not far from centre of town and just down the road was Central Lakes shopping Village where you could pick up breakfast and dinner and whatever else you may require. 눇We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed before and would stay again. 눇The receptionist was most courteous, friendly and did her utmost to satisfy my requests making it a safe and enjoyable stay. 눉I don't think anything could have been better really, very positive stay.눇The hosts were extremely welcoming and gave us some tips on where to go for dinner and such.

눇Staff and management were very kind and supportive during a very stressful time for us. We can't thank them enough for their care. 눉Unfortunately we were kept awake by someone in room 1 going out of their room all night every 20 minutes ,we could also hear them talking in the room ,so we gave up , got up and visited glass mountains. Did leave note for management ,눇Clean room,good as a stop over if you don't have inconsiderate neighboursClean, cosy room with everything we needed. 눇Stayed two nights, would stay again no traffic noise, very clean, close to shopping centre friendly staff, parking right in front of room. 눉Shower in the bath not acceptable 눉Spa had paper dried on wall and basin when wet peeled off into water, as water restriction did not refill Spa,shower hot water ran out later in night after festival on Saturday. Door had no seal allowed lights into room had to check door to make sure it was shut.눇Room was great, Good for Room and Spa but, Bed a little too soft for me ( back Problems)
