It's dirty, has a train line right behind it. But I couldn't get over the filth. The stair way leading to upstairs was disgusting !!! the room, the curtains everything. I was to scared to use the glasses. The bathroom is in need of a make over, broken tiles, old and dirty. This is an older run down motel, easy access could be it's best feature.

While the beds are okay most other points need attention, half done repairs, old fittings, noisy aircon competing with the train noise out back. The grounds are unkept and the list goes on... For one night only I guess it is okay. This motel is very average and does not meet it's advertised assets. Could not believe what we walked into, the door frame was hanging, the bath room was disgusting, the window had that much bird poo on them, train line at the back and air conditioning that was old and extremely noisey. Blow flies in the stairwell needed to be sprayed. The manger who was relieving was a total know all. $150 pn with spa. So we call the motel and book for ourselves turn up its so run down. He gave it to us for $145 get back in from dinner there is no hot water for the use of the spa nor to shower then the light needed a light bulb. We were pleasantly surprised by this Motel. The room was very well presented, and quite large. The carpet was clean and odour free. A large bed, with a table and 2 chairs and the usual fridge, ( much larger than normal ) microwave etc. Crockery/cutlery, plates , glasses . A little home away from home.

The bathroom was a pleasant... Great motel to stay at. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. The best thing about the Monte Villa was the staff. So friendly and helpful.
