I have been very pleased with my stay at Hayden Park Apt Homes and will continue to remain here. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are great. A great place to stay This is an excellent and well maintained apartment complex within walking distance from many amenities. Very clean and cozy. I love living at Hayden Park! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond for anything you need. The maintenance team always does a great job with a quick turnaround. It's a quiet community with great neighbors and there's always parking. Hayden Park is close to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants, etc and is located right between Old Town and Tempe so it's easy to get wherever you need to go. I would highly recommend renting an apartment home here! Perfect location, Poor Management We moved into Hayden Park apartments 4 years ago. It looks gorgeous from the outside. It's in a very safe neighborhood and close to Old Town Scottsdale and is easy to get to the 101 and the 202.

However, the management of this property is DEFINITELY sub-par. We were bait & switched the apartment we signed to rent, when they stated it wasn't ready yet and they moved us to a unit we had not seen. They carpet was NOT new and already stained in all the walkways. When we have a maintenance issue, we are treated like a burden for their poor repairs. rooftop hvac units maintenanceWe have had ceiling leaks in our master bedroom at least 3 times and they have never repaired that issue from inside our apartment, only patching the outside. tower ac unit walmartWhen something is broken, like our front step at our door, instead of replacing it, they tried to screw the broken board back together, leaving long pointed screw ends poking out of the board where someone can step on it and cut themselves. window ac unit recharge kit

We frequently get notes from the management stating that the monthly rent bill is not correct for any residents on our monthly statements so we are required to make additional payments without seeing the invoice to explain the extra expenses, sometimes not even the amount and we're asked to calculate it ourselves. The management often hides in their offices when they see residents coming into the leasing office for help. The maintenance crew has changed many times since we moved here 4 years ago, which leaves us not knowing who will be entering our property. When our air conditioner broke in the middle of July in Arizona, they spent 5 days trying to patch repair the OBVIOUSLY broken AC unit and in the process, we both got very heat-sick, they ruined the carpet in the hallway with oil and residue, and flooded the carpet in our master bedroom from a sub-par portable AC unit that they only gave us on the 4th night of no AC. When we asked to speak to the leasing manager's supervisor about the issues with the broken AC, he refused to release that information, even though according to our renters rights in the state of AZ, we are allowed to request that information and he is required to give us that contact.

They do not treat us with respect at all and every year the rent goes up instead of remaining stable for long-term residents. As much as it pains us to uproot from a VERY desirable location, we have to move due to the EXTREMELY POOR maintenance jobs and the VERY INEFFECTUAL management. Loved living here, sad to leave. I loved living at this apartment complex! The managers were always helpful and answered my questions as promptly as possible. It is located in a great area within walking distance of EVERYTHING including the best gym ever, Independence Gym. The newly renovated apartments are incredibly nice and the facilities are always kept clean. Every year when I sign my lease, the rent increases significantly. This year, base rent went up $60 per month! I was told this is due to the new housing development in the area increasing property value, but absolutely 0% development or improvements have been made to this complex. Now I can't even save up to move. With rent topping off close to $1100 per month, you can afford to live somewhere MUCH nicer.

Wedding Event Rentals in Washington DC AirPac was a lifesaver for our daughter's wedding! Our biggest fear of booking the date for late August was the potential for high heat and humidity in a barn with no air conditioning. As luck would have it, that was exactly what we got - 92 degrees and 70% humidity! AirPac seems to be the ONLY vendor in the area that offers the ductless split unit technology which works incredibly well. The 4 indoor units had wood-like veneer panels to blend in with the barn setting. The outdoor generator was VERY quiet and didn't interfere whatsoever with the outdoor ceremony. We had the option to shut it down during the ceremony but didn't need to. The barn air temperature was cooled to a comfortable 75 degrees within 20 minutes and our guests were able to enjoy the reception, dinner, and (of course) dancing! Nearly everyone stayed the entire 5 hours! The venue owners had never used air conditioning in their barn and were so impressed with the result that they plan to recommend the units to future clients.
