We are from Florida and had been on the road in out trailer for 2 months when we arrived in Tucson. We then left the trailer in storage for a month while visiting our son in California. When we returned to get the trailer we had an electrical issue with lack of consistent power to out power jack. I thought the jack was bad. I did a Google search for "oro valley rv repair" and your name came up. When I called I was transferred to Daniel, your service manager. This was very late in the day on the 15th. Daniel listened, understood and volunteered to stay at work until we could arrive around 5:30pm to leave the trailer. He promised to have a technician work on our problem first thing in the morning of 8/16. I stopped by around 9:30 on the 16th to get some things out of the trailer and happily found Daniel and the tech were almost done with the repair.

I was extremely pleased to only be charged labor for the work as the jack that I thought might be bad was ok. A little later I picked up the trailer and we for back on the road today. We are now in Las Cruces, NM on the way home. First, Daniel is a top notch service Manager. Second, please thank him again for his work. Third, thank you for being an honest businessman, I would not have said a word and had I been told the jack was bad and you installed and charged me for replacing something unnecessarily. (I live in an HOA and can''''t store in the driveway/front yard.) I found Frost RV which was located south of Phoenix on the I-10 south toward Tucson so was very convenient to me near downtown Phoenix. At my request the dealer even lowered an exaust pipe (less than an inch) so it would easily clear my garage opening and mounted a new sway bar/tow hitch to the trailer while I went to lunch. They provided a box with a courtesy set of hoses/etc and when I called later to report the manual wasn''''t in with the box they got right on it. Especially the lack of high pressure that can be with any salesperson. I am working on details and still very interested. The Frost team corrected a major frame issue years ago, and it has been perfect ever since. Recently his team repaired some fiber glass. repainted and performed a complete exterior detail. You can trust these guys Galen Johnson from Arizona Chris and Bruce did a great job for us. We had a normal Class C that we put on consignment with them. Told them we were looking for a Super C Seneca. Within about 3 days Chris called to let us know they had located one just like we were looking (actually nicer that we expected) for at a fair price. We purchased it and it was just as described and looked in the photos. They took a travel trailer we had in on trade and sold our other Class C within a couple of weeks. These guys appear to keep the overhead down, give you a fair price and follow through on what they say.
