it was the middle of August. Making an appointment was simple. The tech was prompt and professional. Our issue was that the tech did not have a ladder or a shop-vac - the only two "supplies" needed to repair the problem. We provided the items stated, yet we were charged as if the tech had used company supplies. The tech even admitted he did not give us a price quote prior to completing the work. I am grateful our a/c was repaired promptly. We paid without argument, but the tech/company should use some discretion when writing up charges. If you used your own supplies, then yes, please charge us. We suppose we saved money because the tech did not have to drive back to the shop to retrieve said supplies. We should have paid the diagnostic fee, but cleaned/repaired the problem ourselves. Overall, we will use this company again, if needed in the future.
