They replaced all copper tubing and pvc pipes. Joe Dittmar, owner, and Megan, his assistant, came out to our home to estimate the job. They were on time and did a thorough assessment of our air conditioning needs. We received a timely and very competitive bid and they came back to our home after we received the bid to answer our questions and finalize the timing for the job. They did a great job installing the units and worked with our schedule when we had to leave our home for an hour or so. They cleaned up their work area at the end of everyday as well as at the end of the job. The Trane units work beautifully. They are very quiet.
