My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the customer service we received from Cupp's Auto Care. We were heading to Martinsburg from Virginia when our Ford Explorer had a stuck rear brake caliper. A local Martinsburg resident helped by calling several area repair shops for us, but none would help us on a Saturday. When the call was made to Cupp's Auto Care, Mr. Cupp said he would repair our brake problem.
